中美高校德育环境建设的实践分析

A comparative analysis of moral construction in Chinese and American universities

从实践层面比较与分析中美两国高校德育环境建设的异同,可以从中得到借鉴与启示。具体说来:一是营造德育渗透的校园环境,创造良好的德育氛围;二是加强高校制度环境建设,优化高校内部管理环境;三是加强"隐蔽性课程"建设,提高教师与学生的自觉性;四是提高教职工素质,扩大德育队伍的建设;五是增强德育环境的内外一致性,开展多元化的德育实践活动;六是建设具有时代特征的校园文化,营造和谐的学习环境。

This paper studies the moral construction in Chinese and American universities from six perspectives： moral immersion for the sake of moral atmosphere in general, internal management optimization, implicit disciplinery construction, extensive moral work for the staffs, multi- lateral moral practices, and constant construction of harmonious campus with modern campus culture.
