摘要
高师音乐教育专业的改革只有适应基础教育音乐新课程标准的要求,才能培养出合格的中小学音乐师资;作为中小学校要加强对音乐教师的培训,注重音乐课程资源的开发,营造有利于教师专业成长的校园文化;教师管理部门,要建立完善的音乐教师资格认证制度等,才能促进中小学音乐教师专业化发展。
It is argued that reforms of college music teaching should be adapted to the new fundamental curriculum. Training should be strengthened of the primary and high school teachers with the development of musical resources for the sake of the campus culture. Furthermore, a proper authentication system needs to be estab-lished to ensure the professional development of the music teachers.
