摘要
学生具有公民和学生双重身份,有相应的权利和义务。学生的权利和义务在类型上有直接和间接之分,也有第一性和第二性之别,还有可剥夺或可放弃和不可剥夺或不可放弃之异。学生的权利和义务具有标的同一性、自主实现阶段性、不可转让性、时空特定性和平等相对性等特点。
A student has a dual status of citizen and student with corresponding obligations. And obligations can, in turn, be differentiated as direct and indirect, first natural and second natural, deprivable and non-deprivable, abandonable and non-abandonable. Meanwhile, they are of the characteristics of target identity, independency, non-transferability and other properties.
