采收季节银杏叶片黄酮醇糖苷含量和生理变化的研究 被引量:12

摘要 对采收季节银杏叶片的分析结果表明:黄酮醇糖苷从9月初开始积累,在9月中旬至10月初保持较高水平,然后逐步下降。苯丙氨酸转氨酶活性随气温变化而变化,但当寒潮入侵后,其活性则急剧上升,达到高峰。从9月初开始,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质浓度呈上升趋势,在落叶期到来前达到最高峰。叶绿素含量总体表现持续下降的趋势,当进入落叶期时,其含量急剧下降。 This essay analyzed the change of the flavonol glycosides,PAL activity,soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll.The results showed that the flavonol glycosides began to accumulate at the beginning of September,it kept the higher level from the middle ten days of September to the beginning of October,then it reduced gradually.PAL activity changed following the temperature,when the cold wave came,PAL activity ascended sharply and reached the peak.The concentration of soluble sugar and soluble protein expressed the tendency of up,and reached the peak before the fallen leaves,the content of chlorophyll decreased continually from 3th September to 23th October and reduced sharply at the period of fallen leaves.
