摘要
目的:探讨显微手术治疗四脑室肿瘤并发脑脊液漏的防治。方法:对61例第四脑室肿瘤病人采用正中孔一小脑蚓部入路或结合小脑延髓裂人路显微手术切除肿瘤。结果:肿瘤全切除45例,次全切除12例,大部切除4例。其中术后并发脑脊液漏10例,其他并发症16例。结论:术中有方向性的预防措施和术后早期技巧性处理并发症,是显微手术治疗第四脑室肿瘤防治脑脊液漏的有效方法。
