产科弥散性血管内凝血43例诊治策略

The Diagnosis and Treatment Strategies of Obstetric Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation in 43 Cases Patients

目的:回顾性总结近5年来我院产科相关弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)救治成功的43个病案,寻找合理可行的诊治策略。方法:对我院2000年1月～2006年12月间产科53例相关弥散性血管内凝血中43例转归良好的病例进行总结分析。对其诊治方案、逆转时机、有效手段和相关策略进行比较和统计学处理,P<0.05者有统计学意义。结果:密切注意DIC的早期临床表现,争取及早诊断;及时、主动治疗病因,遏制DIC发生、发展和演变链环,正确使用肝素。结论:产科相关弥散性血管内凝血虽然发病急,病势凶险,死亡率高,但只要及早诊断、正确处理,可显著降低其死亡率和致残率。

Objectiva：In the review summary near for 5 year my courtyard obstetrics related dispersivity blood vessel hemoglutination（DIC）treated and cured the successful 43 medical records,seeked for the reasonable feasible diagnosis strategy,Methods：the 43 patients with good prognosis cases among 53 cases of obstetric-related disseminated intravascular coagulation in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2006 were analyzed.Its diagnosis and treatment programs,reversing the timing,effective tools and related strategies for comparison and statistical analysis,P〈0.05 were statistically significant.Results：To pay close attention to the early clinical manifestations of DIC to strive for early diagnosis;timely,proactive treated the causes,contained the occurrence,development and evolution of chain link,the correct use of heparin.Conclusions：Obstetric-related disseminated intravascular coagulation Although the incidence of acute and dangerous illness,high mortality,but as long as early diagnosis,proper treatment,could significantly reduce mortality and disability.
