摘要
目的:研究肺炎支原体(MP)、肺炎衣原体(CP)感染对慢性咳嗽患儿免疫功能的影响,研究其引起慢性咳嗽的可能机制。方法:检测确诊为慢性咳嗽患儿正规治疗前后IL-2、TNF-α、和T淋巴细胞亚群变化,用t检验方法与健康对照儿童进行组间比较。结果:慢性咳嗽患者治疗前CD8+较对照组降低,两组差异显著(P<0.05);CD4/CD8较对照组结果有所增高,组间比较差异有意义(P<0.01)。治疗后CD4/CD8明显降低,组间比较差异有意义(P<0.01)。慢性咳嗽患儿治疗前IL-2、TNF-α水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)和治疗后(P<0.01),而治疗后IL-2与正常组无统计学差异(P>0.05),TNF-α在治疗后较对照组仍增高(P<0.05)。结论:MP、CP可以诱导慢性咳嗽患者体内T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调,并且引起TNF-α、IL-2等炎性因子分泌增加。
Objective:To investigate the change of immunc function in the chronic congh caused by infection of Mycoplasma and Chlamycha pnenmoniac in children.Methods:The children with chronic cough caused by infection of MP or CP and the children with no obronic cough were cnrolled in the study.The expression of IL-2 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA,And the flow cytmmetry(FCM) was ased to detect the chang of subgroup of T lymphocyle.The childnen with chronic cough were treated with Authromycin for two or four weeks .Results:in the chronic cough group,the level of CD8+ decreased when compared with the control group(P〈0.01),and the CD4/CD8 is higher than the control group(P〈0.01),After treatment the CD4/CD8 decreased(P〈0.01) ,The expression of IL-2 and TNF-α incrcased in the chronic cough group(P〈0.01),After treatment the expression of IL-2 was not significant different from the control group,while the TNF-α still increased.Conclusions:The children with chrouic cough caused by infection of MP of CP have the disproportion of immune function.
