726 Cases Analysis of Superficial Fungal Culture Results in Foshan Area

目的:通过对726例皮肤浅部真菌培养结果分析,探讨皮肤致病真菌菌种构成及防治方法。方法:刮取病人皮屑、甲屑、头发、溃疡分泌物,同时进行10%复方KOH直接镜检及改良沙保氏培养基作浅部真菌培养。结果:真菌镜检发现阳性383例(52.75%),浅部真菌培养阳性427例(58.68%),主要致病菌株有:红色毛癣菌343例(80.32%)、白念珠菌24例(5.62%)、犬小孢子菌14(3.28%)、须癣毛癣菌13例(3.04%)、热带念珠菌及马尔尼菲青霉各9例(2.11%)、高里念珠菌5例(1.17%)、申克氏孢子丝菌4例(0.94%)、克柔念珠菌3例(0.70%)、紫色毛癣菌、新型隐球菌及甄氏外瓶霉各1例。结论:皮肤浅部真菌病的致病菌以红色毛癣菌为主,近年来酵母菌和马尔尼菲青霉感染有明显上升趋势。

Objective：To research the composition and control methods of skin pathogenic fungi,through 726 cases analysis of superficial fungal culture results.Methods：Scrape the epithelia,toenail clippings,hair,cankered secretion of the patients,then use the microscopic direct examination with the 10% caompound KOH and culture the superficial fungal in the improved sabouraud＇s medium.Results：Microscopic fungi found in 383 cases of positive （52.75%）,superficial fungal culture was positive in 427 cases（58.68%）,the main pathogenic strains are：343 cases of Tricbophyton rubrum （80.32%）,24 cases of Candida albicans（5.62%）,14 cases of Microsporum canis（3.28）,13 cases of Trichophyton mentagrophytes（3.04%）,9 cases of Candida tropicalis and Penicillium marneffei（2.11%）,5 cases of high-ri Candida （1.17%）,4 cases of Sporothrix schenckii（0.94）,3 cases of Candida krusei（0.70%）;purple Trichophyton rubrum,Cryptococcus neoformans and Exophials jeanselmei each 1 case.Conclusions：The pathogenic bacteria of the superficial mycosis is mainly to Trichophyton rubrum,the infection of the yeast and peaicillium marneffei increases evidently in the recent year.
