中国加入世界贸易组织后农业支持与保护对策

CHINESE AGRICULTURAL PROTECTION AND SUPPORT POLICY AFTER JOINED WORLD TRADE ORIGIN

为了寻求中国加入世界贸易组织后制定农业支持与保护对策的理论依据，在比较研究中国农业支持与保护的环境和条件基础上，对中国农产品在国际市场上的竞争力进行了实证分析．据此认为，中国农业支持与保护政策措施应以农产品价格支持特别是粮食的价格支持为核心，大力发展具有比较优势的农产品，提高科技含量，充分利用世界贸易组织规则中不受限制的政策、措施。

From the comparative analysis on the competition ability of China′s agriculture products in the world market,a condusion is drawn that China′s agriculture supporting and protecting policy must center on the support for agriculture products′ price,especially the support for grain price when China is admitted by the WTO. At the same time,great efforts must be put into the agriculture products which are more welcome in the market. To raise grain quality must depend on the popularization of science and technology. By making most of the unlimiting clauses in the WTO′s policy, grain insurance fund,grain storage fund and corresponding agriculture in surance system need to be established.
