摘要
目的探讨农村艾滋病医护人员的工作压力源因素结构。方法通过专项文献检索,专家咨询开放式问卷、访谈艾滋病医护人员建构其工作压力源,在此基础上,拟定了艾滋病医护人员的工作压力源问卷初稿,然后进行调查与统计学分析。结果艾滋病医护人员的工作压力源问卷由15个项目构成,形成人际排斥、职业风险、管理问题3个分量表。结论编制的农村艾滋病医护人员的工作压力源问卷可以反映艾滋病医护人员的压力状况,具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于对农村艾滋病医护人员工作压力源的评估与指导。
Objective To explore job stress of doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS in the countryside. Methods Doctors and nurses were administered by open type questionnaire and interviewed to construct their Job Stressor Inventory. On the basis constitute of first draft of Job Stressor Inventory(JSI), investigations and statistic analysis were performed. Results JSI of doctors and nurses working on HIV/ AIDS in the countryside involved 15 items and belong to 3 perspectives which were human relationship discrimination,work risk, manage proble. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the inventory are satisfactory. Besides it can help evaluation and guide to job stress of the mental health and psychology development of doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS in the countryside.
