摘要 论述了国内外铝合金熔体净化工艺和净化剂的研究现状,并简要介绍了我国铝合金净化的行业现状,指出现有工艺应用和研究的不足。提出了铝熔体提高净化效果的主要途径及发展方向为:在设备方面,应努力实现国产化,提高普及率,从而提高我国铝合金行业的整体净化水平;在铝熔体净化剂的发展方面,集净化、覆盖、精炼于一体的多功能绿色新型无污染熔剂及净化机理的研究是今后的努力方向。 Aluminium molten fluxes and purification technology are discussed, and the status of purification for aluminum alloy trade in China are introduced. The insufficiencies of application and investigation are also pointed out. The main methods to improve purification effects and the research orientation of alum^nium fluxes are also introduced. It is pointed out that the popularization of home-produced equipment is important approach to increase level of purification for aluminum alloy trade, on the other hand, research on aluminium molten fluxes and purification mechanism should make progress in without polluter and multifunctional purificant.
