更昔洛韦于骨髓移植术后CMV感染的应用

Ganciclovir for treament of cytomegalovirus infection following bone marrow transplantation

目的:分析比较更昔洛韦胶囊与注射用更昔洛韦于骨髓移植术后人巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的有效性与安全性。方法:在骨髓移植术后CMV感染患者中随机抽取18例,9例给予更昔洛韦胶囊优先治疗,9例给予注射用更昔洛韦优先治疗,直至CMV显阴性,继续维持治疗6周,保持CMV阴性。结果:更昔洛韦胶囊和注射用更昔洛韦治疗总有效率100%,转阴时间差异无显著性。均有不同程度的白细胞和血细胞的减少和转氨酶的升高,疑与用药有关。结论:更昔洛韦胶囊与注射用更昔洛韦于骨髓移植术后CMV感染的有效性与安全性差异无显著性。

OBJECTIVE To analyze and compare the efficacy and safety of ganciclovir capsules and ganciclovir for injection for treatment of cytomegalovirus infection following bone marrow transplantation. METHODS Select occasionally 18 patients of cytomegalovirus infection following bone marrow transplantation. Treat priority with ganciclovir capsules at 9 patients,Treat priority with ganciclovir for injection at 9 patients, continue to be negative of cytomegalovirus, continue to be maintenance thera py 6 weeks, comain negative of cytomegalovirus. RESULTS The total effective rate is 100 percent,negative time has no significant difference, both of them have the reduction of white cells and red cells,have the increase of transaminase, suspect to be related to medication. CONCLUSION The efficacy and safety of ganciclovir capsules and ganciclovir for injection for treatment of cytomegalovirus infection following bone marrow transplantation has no significant difference.
