他克莫司替代环孢素A防治移植物抗宿主病的Meta分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价他克莫司(FK506)替代环孢素A(CsA)防治移植物抗宿主病(GvHD)的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMBase、Cochranc图书馆、CNKI、VIP、CBM数据库,对纳入的FK506替代CsA治疗GvHD的随机对照试验(RCT)进行方法学质量评价,并用RPVMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入3个RCT,质量等级都为B。分析结果显示,FK506组aGvHDⅡ~Ⅳ度发生率低于CsA组;cGvHD发生率、总存活率和复发率2组差异无显著性。结论:目前证据表明FK506替代CsA防治GvHD能减少aGvHDⅡ~Ⅳ度发生,其余结局基本相似。结果希望得到进一步高质量临床研究证实。
