摘要
总结了应用于航空航天并在航空航天工业中具有广阔应用前景的钛合金、铝合金和镁合金的真空摩擦学实验研究结果,综述了这几种轻合金真空摩擦学的研究进展,进一步指明了轻合金真空摩擦学的研究方向。研究结果表明:轻合金在真空中的摩擦磨损行为与在空气中的明显不同,当与其自身或其它金属构成摩擦副时,在真空中的摩擦系数较在空气中的普遍降低,真空度、实验载荷和滑动速度是影响轻合金真空摩擦磨损行为的主要因素。
The experimental investigation results of vacuum tribology for titanium, aluminum and magnesium alloy are introduced, the state of the art in vacuum tribology of these light alloys is reviewed, and the research trend in vacuum tribology for light alloys is elucidated. The results indicated that the tribological behavior in vacuum is different from that in air for light alloys. The friction coefficient in vacuum is obviously lower than that in air for light alloys, and vacuum degree, testing load and sliding speed are the main factors affecting the tribological behavior of light alloys in vacuum.
