摘要
目的建立复方金黄痔疮软膏中君药的定性鉴别方法,为制定其质量标准提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱法对软膏中的有效成分黄柏进行定性分析。结果供试品与标准品,对照药材薄层图谱斑点相同并清晰,均能鉴别出黄柏。结论薄层色谱专属性强,操作简便,重现性好,可用于复方金黄痔疮软膏的质量控制。
Objective To estabhsh a identification method for compound golden hemorrhoids ointment to control quality of the drug. Methods Indentification of Phellodendron chinense Schneid in the Compound golden hemorrhoids ointment by TLC. Results The sample, standard and Reference substance were detected, and clear pattern of spots can identify Phellodendron chinense Schneid. Conclusion TLC is a specific, simple, reproducible method for compound golden hemorrhoids ointment to control quality.
