妊娠期补钙预防妊娠期高血压疾病的临床观察

Clinical observation of calcium supplementation during pregnancy to prevent pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的妊娠期补钙预防妊娠期高血压疾病的临床观察。方法选取2008年1月～7月行产前检查的孕妇120例,随机分两组,治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组口服复方氨基酸螯合钙胶囊(乐力钙)2粒/d,连续口服至分娩。对照组不服用包括乐力钙在内的任何补钙药品直至分娩。结果组内比较,治疗组补钙后血钙含量较治疗前明显增高,有显著性差异(P<0.01);组间比较,治疗后治疗组与对照组血钙含量经统计学检验有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组发生妊娠期高血压疾病共6例,对照组发生妊娠期高血压疾病共17例,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组无病例发生FGR,对照组4例,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期补钙可以预防妊娠期高血压疾病发生,降低FGR发生率。

Objective Chinical observation of calcium supple montation during pregnancy to pre vent pregnancy-in-duced hyper-tention. Methods January 2008 line on prenatal-7 of 120 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and 60 cases of the control group. Results Group comparison, after the calcium treatment group than the calcium content significantly increased before treatment,the difference was significant （P 〈0. 01 ） ; group compared to the treatment group after treatment with the calcium content of the control group test as statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the treatment group were pregnancy-induced hypertension occurred in 6 cases, the control group were pregnancy-induced hypertension occurred in 17 cases, more significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05） ; the treatment group occurred in patients without FGR, the control group four cases, the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Of calcium supplementation during pregnancy to prevent pregnancy-induced hypertension can occur,reducing the incidence of FGR.
