小麦中PH3抗性害虫的熏蒸试验

摘要 用磷化铝片对储藏在房式仓中的80t的散装小麦进行熏蒸。储藏小麦水分为11.5%,储藏平均温度为32℃,熏蒸期间用磷化氢检测管测定PH3浓度。采用1.5kg磷化铝片分成小包进行熏蒸,磷化氢浓度为2.7g/m^3,磷化氢最大为0.5mg/L。熏蒸9天平均CT值为70.7mg.h/L。用敏感和抗性品系的米象和谷蠹进行的生物试验表明,熏蒸后1个月所有成虫均死亡。然而,具有中度抗性的谷蠹幼虫。 A phosphine fumigation of bulk wheat in a horizontal storage of 188m3 capacity was carried out in Xindu County, Sichuan' Phosphine concentration was monitored using phosphine detection tubes. The storage contained 80t of wheat of 11.5% moisture, the mean grain temperature was 32℃. Aluminium phosphide 1. 5kg was applied in a sachet formulation which generated 0. 5kg phosphine and reprcsented an application rate of 2. 7 g/m3. Peak phosphine concentrations were around 0. 5mg/L and the mean concentration by time product at the end of 9 days was 70. 7mg' h/L. Bio-assays of phosphine susceptible and resistant strains of Sitophilus oryzae and RhyztytertlJa dominica indicated that all of those exposed as adults were dead after a month fumigation. However, a moderate resistant strain of R. dominica exposed as larvae developed some live adults
