摘要
对小麦粉脂肪酸值测定方法进行改进，由原来的５０ｍｌ苯浸泡试样变成用２５ｍｌ苯浸泡试样，并与标准方法进行了对比，证明此法具有过滤速度快，滴定终点好观察，洛剂用量少，数据可靠，节省费用等特点。
Determination of fatty acid of wheat was modified through soaking the samples with 25ml benzene instead of with 50ml- Comparing with the standard method, the modified method has the advantages of fast filtering,easy to observe titration at terminal ponit,using a less solvent, reliable and economical.
