摘要
本文从个人、部门、全馆三个层面入手,分别论述了每个层面可以采取的策略,并通过个案分析,引入了沟通审计的内容,最终目的,从而发现组织内部沟通中存在的问题,改善整体沟通氛围和效果,提高员工的工作满意度,构建和谐的工作环境。
The paper focuses on three aspects such as individual level,unit level,general library level. Each level can take different strategy. A case study of communication audits is introduced for reference. The overall objective is to discover the problems and obstacles existing in the information exchanging process,and figure out the strategies and measures to enhance satisfaction of librarians and construct the harmonious environment for library work.
