摘要
近年来,开放存取作为一种全新的出版模式、学术信息资源交流模式和理念不断受到重视。本文从对开放存取的定义与现状的分析入手,论述了开放存取给图书馆的信息资源建设带来的影响及应对策略。
In recent years,open access as a new publishing mode,a new science information resource exchange pattern and a new idea,has attracted more attentions. This thesis analyses the definition and the current situation of open access,then discusses the strategies for the various influence of OA for information resources construction of library.
