近年来,失地农民在重庆各地不断涌现。尤其是重庆市被确定为"统筹城乡综合改革配套试验区"之后,伴随着城市化进程的加快,失地农民这个社会群体迅速膨胀。由此衍生的就业问题困难重重。能否很好地解决这一难题,关系到社会稳定和经济健康发展,也关系到城乡统筹改革战略的顺利实施。本文将基于重庆的基本市情,结合"统筹城乡综合改革配套试验区"建设这个重大的契机,以开放的眼光探讨其解决路径和措施。

In recent years, landless peasants have emerged all over in Chongqing. After Chongqing Municipality in particular, have been identified as ＂comprehensive reform of urban and rural areas supporting the pilot＂ , along with the acceleration of urbanization process, Landless peasants have been produced and the problem of employment of them is a kind of great difficulty. A good solution to the problem is related to social stability and healthy of economic development and the smooth implementation of reform strategies.This paper will be based on the basic situation of Chongqing, combined with this important opportunity of ＂test area＂ construction ,to explore the path and measures for their solution with vision of open.
