摘要
采用双螺杆挤出制备高密度聚乙烯/木塑复合材料,研究各组分及配比对复合材料性能的影响,并制备了木塑复合管材。结果表明,当木粉含量在60份以内时,木塑复合材料的拉伸强度变化不超过2MPa,弹性模量随木粉含量的增加而增大,但韧性有一定的下降,复合材料具有良好的加工流动性。增容剂对HDPE/木粉复合材料都起到了一定的增强效果,针状硅灰石的加入明显提高复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲模量。所制备的木塑复合管材的线性收缩率为1.8%,拉伸强度为29MPa,弯曲模量为1400MPa,线膨胀系数为1.33×10-4/℃。
Wood fiber reinforced HDPE composite were prepared by twin-screw extruder, the influence of the components and distribution ratio to the mechanical properties of the composite was studied,and the HDPE-wood composite pipe was prepared. The results show that when the content of wood fiber is within 60%,the tensile strength of the HDPE-wood composite will not exceed 2 MPa,and the elasticity modulus will increase with the increase of the wood-fiber content,while the impact strength decreases a little. The composite has good processing liquidity. Compatibillzer enhanced the properties of the HDPE-wood composite and the tensile strength and flexural modulus were improved by adding wollastonite. The properties of the composite pipe prepared are as follow: the linear shrinkage as 1.8%,the tensile strength as 29 MPa, the flexural modulus as 1400 MPa, and the linear expansion coefficient as 1.33×10^-4℃.
