摘要
目的探讨在急诊科对急腹症患者使用镇痛剂对诊断正确性的影响。方法对2008年1～12月绵阳市中心医院急诊科诊治的158例急腹症病例进行回顾性分析，对比分析诊治早期使用镇痛剂对急腹症诊断的影响。结果使用镇痛剂组与未使用镇痛剂组诊断正确率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论无证据证明急腹症患者早期使用镇痛剂影响诊断。
Objective To approach the effect of anodyne use on the accuracy diagnosing acute abdomen in emergency. Methods The data of 158 acute abdomen patients in the emergency department of Mianyang Central Hospital from January to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of early anodyne use on the diagnosis of acute abdomen in emergency were compared and analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the two groups with and without anodyne use（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Early anodyne use affecting diagnosis has no evidence.
