The Geological Status of Expansive Soil and the Treament Measures of Foundation

某工程地质存在膨胀土等不良地质结构,给工程地基基础设计提出了挑战。膨胀土会因为含水量的变化而发生相应的膨胀或收缩变形,导致地基土不均匀的隆起或下陷。工程综合采用换填非膨胀土,桩基或深埋的办法,闭水处理法等方法对多层建筑,地下车库,场地,管沟及构筑物进行处理,重点在开挖,基坑回填等施工阶段对基础采用防水措施,以期取得最佳的安全性和经济性。

The project＇s foundation design is a challenge because it has bad geological structures like expansive soil. The expansive soil will expand or shrink according to the different moisture content and it will cause the uneven subsidence of foundation soil. This project integrated apply the replacement of foundation soil with non-expanding soil, pile foundation, deep burying and the closed water method to deal with the multi-story building, underground garage, pipes etc. We apply the water proof measure to the foundation during the excavation and pit backfill in order to achieve the best safety and economical efficiency.
