摘要
目的:研究大根草提取物对模型大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:采用异丙肾上腺素复制大鼠心肌缺血模型,检测模型大鼠心电图,测定天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:大根草提取物能够显著降低模型大鼠心电图ST段的偏移,显著增加心肌缺血模型大鼠的SOD活性,降低AST、CPK、LDH活性及MDA含量。结论:大根草提取物具有较强的抗心肌缺血作用。
OBJECTIVE : To explore the protective effect of Geurn japonicum extract on isoprenaline - induced myocardial ischemia in rats. METHODS: The myocardial ischemia rat model was developed by using isoprenaline, The ECG of the model rats was recorded and the activities of AST, CPK, LDH and SOD and the content of MDA in rats were measured. RESULTS: In Isoprenaline- induced myocardial ischemia model rats, G.japonicurn extract markedly inhibited the ST segment drift on electrocardiograph, markedly increased SOD activity but significantly lowered the activities of AST, CPK, LDH and the content of MDA.CONCLUSION:G.japonicurn extract has strong anti- myocardial ischemia effect.
