HPLC法测定痛经康口服液中原儿茶醛的含量

Determination of Protocatechualdehyde in Tongjingkang Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定痛经康口服液中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-甲酸(20∶79.5∶0.5),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为室温。结果:原儿茶醛进样量在0.025～0.5μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为101.1%,RSD=2.29%(n=6)。结论:本方法简单、准确,可用于痛经康口服液的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To develop an HPLC method for content determination of protocatechualdehyde in Tong- jingkang oral liquid. METHODS： Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） was used as chromatographic column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water- formic acid （20 ： 79.5 ： 0.5） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the temperature of column was kept at room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of protocatechualdehyde was 0.025--0.5 μg （r = 0.999 9） with an average recovery of 101.1% （RSD = 2.29%, n = 6） . CONCLUSION： The established method is simple, accurate and it is applicable for the quality control of Tongjingkang oral liquid.
