摘要
针对植物胶的水溶性,从物理改性和配液方法两个方面,研究了原料、水合、增粘、粉碎、配液对瓜尔胶粘度和水不溶物的影响,确定了比较理想的工艺参数、技术路线和配液方法。
On the water solubility of plant gum, the studies has been made. The concerned influencing factors of viscosity and water insoluble are raw material, hydration, viscosity heightening, grinding pertaining to physical modification and mixing method. The proper technical parameters, process and mixing way has been attained.
