酶催化外消旋体的动态动力学拆分反应研究进展

摘要 外消旋体的动态动力学拆分(DKR)是制备手性化合物的重要方法之一,过去多用化学催化剂进行反应,近年来生物催化剂的引入大大提高了DKR的效率和收率。系统地介绍了DKR的原理及酶催化外消旋体的动力学拆分反应的最新进展。 The dynamic kinetec resolution of raceme(DKR) is one of the important ways in the synthesis of chiral compounds.In the last few years chemical catalYzer play a certain role in the DKR,while with the use of biocatalyst,DKR has greatly increased its efficiency and yield. This review describes the concept of DKR and updates the principal methods used to obtain dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR) by enzyme.
