摘要
经对韶山型电力机车单元制动器试验台进行改进,采取了加装压力传感器及附属装置、加大安装板与顶板间距离、顶板加装旋转和轴向限位装置、加装座板孔安装尺寸加工等措施,解决了制动器制动输出力测试的技术难题,提高了缓解动作性能的测试准确性,使闸瓦间隙的测试更加准确、方便。
in this paper, indicated insignificancy for test bench of unit brake, advanced the improvement in testing out-put force and relieving performance accuracy, solved the technical problems, at the same time, the testing of brake block space is convenient and exact.
