摘要
自适应光学是基于随机扰动理论、光波前重构理论的一个新兴光学分支,是光学、机械、微电子技术相互渗透、交叉的前沿学科。自适应光学系统核心器件之一的波前处理器研究,受到广泛重视。文章分析了自适应光学系统及波前传感技术,并对影响波前处理器性能的主要因素进行了研究。
Adaptive optics is a new optics branch that is derived from random disturbance theory and optical wave-front reconstruction theory.This interdisciplinary includes optics,mechanics and mieroelectronics.As one of the core device of adaptive optical system, wave- front processor has a wide range of research attention.We study and analyze adaptive optical system and several wave-front sensing technology. Effeeting the major factor of wave-front processor were analyzed.
