浙江省国有森林资源资产化管理的实施设想

Thought for Enforcement of Capitalization Management of National Forest Resources in Zhejiang

本文从6个方面论述了浙江省国有林场在森林资源资产化管理上先行一步，不仅是林业改革深入发展的必然，而且是完全可行的。同时指出，为保证国有林场森林资源资产的保值增值，防止资产流失，必须建立起科学的、运作有序的管理体系，并提出了具体设想。

It was dimonstrated from six aspects that popularization of capitalization management of forest resources in national forest centres of Zhejiang was not only necessary for further development of forestry reform, but also practicable. Meanwhile, the paper point out that scientific management system must be constructed to enable capital of national forest resources to increase and protect from losses, and preposed some specific thoughts.
