摘要
选用优质的常规材料,通过低水胶比,低胶凝材料用量,成功制备了流动性优良,抗压强度超过60MPa,耐久性优异的高性能混凝土。研究的内容主要包括高性能混凝土的配合比设计,以及抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量等力学性能;同时还进行了电通量、抗硫酸盐侵蚀等耐久性研究。
In this project,high quality conventional materials;low water binder ratio(W/B) and low binder content were selected to produce HPC with required high durability,perfect workability,and strength level of C60.The studied contents included high performance concrete mix design and mechanical properties such as compressive strength,indirect tensile strength,flexural strength,axial compressive strength;elastic modulus;rapid chloride permeability test results and sulphate resistance were studied.
