通过中日环境政策的比较得出中日环境政策在完备程度和实施背景方面存在明显差异,我们应在以下几方面向日方借鉴:加强环境政策的法律化和制度化,推进环境政策的社会化和全民化,实现环境政策的日常化和生活化。

Through the comparison of Chinese and Japanese environmental policy,it’s found that there’re significant differences in the context of completeness degree and implementation background,we should learn from Japan in the following aspects： strengthen the legalization and institutionalization of the environmental policy,promote the socialization and popularization of the environmental policy,realize the life-oriented environmental policy.
