摘要
"十五"期间,我国高等教育采取跨越式发展方式取得了长足进步。本文就采取跨越式发展高等教育的必要性、策略选择和存在的局限等方面做些分析和论述。
Since 1998, China＇s higher education has made a great progress. It is because we made a decision to develop by leaps and bounds. Firstly, the paper focused on the necessity of reform, revealing the great demand for higher education reform in society. Secondly, the thesis analyzed the strategies that the reform has chosen. Lastly, it pointed that the great-leap-forward development has its limitation. It insists that we should go on with the higher education reform to realize the advantages lying in backwardness.
