摘要
采用不同的浓度乙醇提取苦瓜叶中的黄酮,以芦丁为标准品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法,测定提取液中的黄酮含量.结果表明,四种因数对提取率的影响分别是:乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度.乙醇提取法最优工艺为:乙醇浓度65%,提取时间4h,料液比1∶20,提取温度为80℃.
Adopting different consistency ethanol to extract flavone in balsampear leaf. Taking rutin as standard, adopting NANO2 -Al(NO3 )3 colorimetry to determine the flavone contents in extraction liquid. The result shows that the four factors influence the extraction accordingly: ethanol consistency, liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature. The best method of ethanol extraction technics: ethanol consistency 65 %, liquid ratio 1 : 20, extraction time 4h, extraction temperature 80℃.
