影响中国跨国企业经营绩效的因素——基于多元回归的检验
摘要
本文选取了我国63家跨国经营企业作为研究样本,统计了它们2005年到2008年的数据,并以总资本投资收益作为企业经营绩效的考核指标,利用多元线性回归分析,实证研究了FS/TS、跨国经营方式、所有结构内部指数、杠杆比率和企业规模对企业绩效的作用与影响。
