摘要
由传统变电站自动化向数字化变电站的转换是目前电力系统的发展趋势,而IED是他的核心元件。IEC61850标准以及高性能和高集成度的硬件技术为多功能IED的产生提供了基础。分析了目前变电站自动化系统面临的主要问题,提出了用于三态(稳态、动态、暂态)数据监控的新型多功能IED的实现方案,分析了组网方式和性能,总结了多功能IED的特点和优势。多功能IED将为推动智能电网发展起到重要作用。
The conversion from the traditional substation to the digital substation is the trend of electrical power system, and the kernel component is the IED. The developments of highly integrated and high-performance hardware technology as well as IEC 61850 provide the foundation for the new multi-functional lED. This paper analyzes the critical questions of the current substation automation system, presents the approach of a new multi-functional lED for three-state supervision, and analyzes the structure and performance of the communication network. The characteristics and advantages of the multi-functional lED are summarized in this paper. The multi-functional IED will play an important role in the development of the smart grid.
