《砝码》新国标对OIML R111(2004)国际建议的采纳程度

Discussion of accepting between new national standard of weights and OIML R111(2004) international recommendations

为使现行《砝码》国标和国际计量组织标准接轨,依据现行R111(2004)国际建议和现行砝码规程JJG99-2006内容,我国重新制定的《砝码》新国标即将颁布实施。该文着重分析了《砝码》新国标对R111(2004)国际建议的采纳程度,这是我国标准化建设同国际接轨,迈向国际化的一个重大步骤。同时也指出了砝码国标与国际建议的不同之处,便于相关的厂家、计量工作人员及用户参考。

In order to make national standard of weights consistent with international recommendations, new weights national standard was constituted and was going to carry into execution according to JJG 99-2006 and OIML R111 （2004）. It analyzed accepting between new national standard and OIML R111 （2004）, which is very important for standardization and internationalization. At the same time, the difference was indicated between national standard and international recommendation, which is convenient for correlative factory, measurement people and consumer.
