Automatic testing system of microwave components

为了提高微波元器件的测试效率,保证测试的一致性,研发了微波元器件入检自动测试系统,使用计算机在外部执行测试程序来控制矢量网络分析仪,从而实现自动化测试。该自动测试系统中矢量网络分析仪采用的是美国Agilent公司生产的8722ES,通过该仪器上的GPIB接口,使用熟悉的SCPI命令创建程序,利用Visual Basic 6.0程序语言进行软件编译。实践证明,该测试系统运行程序可靠,可显著提高器件检测的效率和准确性。

In order to improve test efficiency and accuracy for numerous microwave components, an automatic testing system is developed for high speed testing using vector network analyzer. The network analyzer of this system is 8722ES produced by America Agilent, which is controlled by the external testing program executed through the computer. The communication between the computer and 8722ES is completed by GPIB interface. Software programming was completed using SCPI instruction and Visual Basic 6.0. The experimental results show this automatic testing system is reliable with high test accuracy and efficiency.
