摘要
当利用机器视觉系统进行几何量的测量时,得到的结果是以像素为单位的。要得到实际的测量值,必须首先对系统进行标定,标定的精度决定了测量的精度。基于LabVIEW平台的标定方法能克服传统方法对畸变图像标定的局限性,将畸变的图像方便快捷地标定,标定的结果保存为Png文件,可以方便地调用。主要就标定的步骤以及相应的LabVIEW节点的使用方法进行了描述,分析和测试结果与传统的方法进行了比较,说明该方法是可行的。
Pixel is basic unit in geometric measurement based on machine vision system. The system must be calibrated for precise measurement. The precision of calibration determines the precision of measurement. Since traditional method was limited in distorted image, a new method of calibration based on LabVIEW was introduced in this paper. Distorted image could be calibrated conveniently by this method. The results were saved in Png file. It introduced calibration process and the corresponding LabVIEW node application in detail. The paper analyzed the result and compared with the traditional method. The result indicates that this calibration method is feasible and practicable.
