摘要
为了获得普通镗刀与减振镗刀在切削过程中的振动信号,设计了减振镗刀切削加工试验方案。在实验硬件构建基础上,采用多线程技术开发了试验数据采集软件系统,并根据切削三要素对镗刀振动幅度的影响设置了多组不同的数据采集参数,最后利用该数据采集软件系统,对不同切削参数下普通镗刀和减振镗刀的振动信号进行了分析对比,验证了减振镗刀减振、吸振的效果。
The experiment platform was established to obtain the vibration signal of the boring bar and the absorber boring bar in the machining. A set of measure software system were developed with the mu]ti-thread technology. According to the effect of vibration magnitude on the wide range of cutting conditions, data collection parameters were set up. Data collection of vibration signal was realized with the software system. Compared with boring bar, experimental restdts show that boring bar with dynamic absorber has the effect of vibration decrease.
