在进行长时间可靠性测试时,为了实现对汽车音响功率放大器的自动连续监测,设计了汽车音响功放自动测试系统。整个系统以音频分析仪和控制模块及负载匹配单元为核心,通过自行开发的功能强大的控制及测试软件,自动实现了对车载音响功放关键性能参数的连续监测及数据分析。实际应用结果表明,该自动测试系统完全达到了设计目的,性能可靠,技术先进,成本低,有很好的应用前景。

An automatic test system for vehicle audio amplifier was designed based on continuously monitoring the performance of a group of vehicle audio amplifier in long-term period and its reliability test. The audio analyzer, control unit and load-matching unit formed the core of this system with the powerful software. All key performance could be automatically monitored and analyzed. The result shows that the system meets all requirements and is reliable, applicable with advanced technology as well as low cost.
