摘要
试验用不同剂量的孕马血清促性腺激素(pregnant mare serum gonadot ropin,PMSG)和绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadot ropin,HCG)处理休情期母貉后,通过放射免疫测定技术测定血浆雌二醇和孕酮浓度的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组血浆中雌二醇的含量均显著升高,孕酮浓度较低。
After disposing anestrus raccoon dog using different dose PMSG and HCG, determining the change of concentrations of oestrogen and progesterone through radioactive immunoassay engineering. Through the result we can see that the concentration of plasma oestrogen was predominance increased, the concentration of progesterone was lower than the control group.
