摘要
在聚合温度45℃、反应时间为4.5h的反应条件下,采用水分散聚合技术制备出了环境友好型水包水阳离子聚丙烯酰胺稳定乳液,其最优单体配比为:w(PEG20000)=5.5%,w(Al2(SO4)3)=15%,w(AM):w(DMC)=10:3,w(K2S2O8)=0.3%(单体)。并将所得聚合产物用于高岭土絮凝实验以及将其与聚合氯化铝复合用于造纸废水的絮凝实验,并测定其上清液的透光率和CODCr,得出了CPAM的最佳用量。
The environment-friendly water-in-water type cationic polyacrylamide aqueous emulsion was got by dispersion polymerization, which was under the conditions of temperature 45℃ and reacting time of 4.5 h. Under the optimal conditions of w(PEG20000)=5.5%, w(AldSO4)3)=21%, w(AM):w(DMC)=10:3, w(K2S2O8)=0.3%(monomer), the emulsion can be stable. The suitable dosage of CPAM was determined by transmittance of the supernatant and CODcrwhen the CPAM was used together with PAC applied in the flocculation of paper mill effluent.
