摘要
在构建和谐国有企业文化实践中,必须注重冲突的价值观念和信仰,加强价值理念体系建设,通过孝文化与现代文化之间个群观冲突、义利观冲突、"德治"与"法治"观冲突、"贵和"与"竞争"观冲突、重精神与重实际冲突的正向转化,使员工形成共识,产生对国有企业目标、观念的认同感和作为国有企业一员的使命感,从而产生强大的精神动力和凝聚力,消除矛盾冲突,共同努力实现国有企业的发展目标。
Lewis Coser's functionalism of conflict theory plays the very important role in the history of sociology. Reexamining his theory can bring us benefits on construction and harmonization of enterprise culture. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the conflict of values and beliefs, to enhance the construction of value system, to improve the positive transform of conflict to make the staff form the common sense of identity, mission and cohesion.
