摘要
在20世纪90年代后,行政服务中心在中国行政体制改革中纷纷涌现。其主要以服务精神为指导,遵循便民原则,将政府大量行政审批项目都集中于中心的组织、管理、协调、监督之下,统一集中地为公众办理审批项目。从这一新型的公共行政模式出发,通过背景分析,阐述其发展历程,以及成效、不足和相关对策。
Government affairs service center have come into being one after another since 1990. Guided by the spirit of service and convenience, a large number of items to examined and approved by different governmental departments are put under the management, coordination and supervision by the service center where such items can be handled in a intcnsivc way. The paper makes an analysis of this new mode of public service by expounding its development, effects, shortcomings as well as countermeasures to be taken.
