Entrepreneur's Creative Spirit and Its Cultivation in the Period of Economic Transition

企业家的创新精神是中国经济转型的动力。企业家精神的缺失是中国经济转型中的瓶颈性制约因素。造成企业家精神缺失的原因既有传统文化方面的,也有传统体制方面的;既有教育培训机制方面的,也有生成机制方面的。为此,经济转型需要加强企业家创新精神的培育,完善企业家创新精神的思想文化机制、制度保障、教育培训机制、激励约束机制。

Entrepreneur＇s creative spirit is the primary impetus behind economic transformation in China while the lack of it among entrepreneurs is the bottleneck constraining the economic transformation. What causes the lack of creative spirit may be traditional culture, old institution, educational and training system or formation mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the creative spirit among entrepreneurs in a period of economic transition by improving ideological and cultural atmosphere, institutional safeguard, educational and training system as well as incentive and constraining mechanism.
