摘要
律师的职业定位和政治认可是律师事业健康发展方向的基础;律师职业精神和执业技能是律师事业健康发展的有力保障。作为有中国特色的社会主义法律工作者的律师只有同时具备律师的职业精神、律师的社会良知、律师的道德力量、律师的执业信念,才能更好地为委托人提供高效优质的法律服务,才能担当起社会的责任,才能积极参政议政,为实现依法治国做出应有的贡献。
Vocation positioning and political acknowledgement lay foundation for the cause of lawyers to develop smoothly, and work ethics and professional skill provide vital guarantee. Only when they possess work ethics, social conscience, moral power, and vocational conviction, can the lawyers in China offer their law service of best quality to clients, take their social responsibilities, actively participate in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, and thus contribute to achievement of a country ruled by law.
