摘要
采用水平连铸、高精度冷轧法研究高性能锡磷青铜C5210铜箔.对不锈钢行业用的十四辊轧机进行改造,采用大加工率及拉弯矫直等工艺手段,解决了目前国内不能轧制生产400mm宽幅的高性能锡磷青铜C5210箔材的难题,其SH状态抗拉强度可达730MPa以上,延伸率12%以上,厚度精度±0.002mm,满足了客户对高强度、高弹性铜箔的要求.
By using the method of horizontal continuous casting and high-precision cold-rolled, highperformance tin phosphorus bronze C5210 copper is studied. The difficult problem that 400 mm wide high-performance tin phosphorus bronze C5210 copper cannot be rolled is solved by using large processing rate and tension leveling and transforming the 14-high roller mill in the stainless steel industry. The tensile strength in SH state can be up to more than 730MPa, the elongation can be up to over 12% and the thickness accuracy can be about to 0. 002mm, which meet the requirements of consumers for high-performance and high elasticity copper.
