汾河太原段冬季污水对小鼠肝脏毒理效应探究

摘要 采用连续灌胃处理小鼠的方法研究了汾河太原段上游和下游不同地点的冬季污水对小鼠肝脏的毒理作用.结果表明:本实验条件下冬季不同地点水样都使小鼠的微核显著增加(P<0.01),核分裂指数显著下降(P<0.01),且存在剂量-效应关系;相同处理浓度下,不同地点之间差异显著(P<0.01);而不同剂量水样处理间的小鼠的肝脏鲜重比有极显著差异(P<0.01),说明汾河太原段的污水对小鼠肝脏有极显著的毒害作用(P<0.01);上下游水样比较,下游的水样毒害作用更显著(P<0.01). The toxicity effects of winter sewage from upstream and downstream of Taiyuan Fenhe river on mice's liver were invested using continuous oral administration test. The results showed that winter sewage from upstream and downstream of Taiyuan Fenhe River had marked genetic toxicity on mice's liver ceils. With the increase of treatment concentrations the micronuclei frequency (MNF) increased and the nuclear division index ( NDI ) values declined in a dose-response manner ( P 〈 0.01 ). The differences between different locations in the same dosage were significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The differences of fresh weight of mice's liver between different dosages in the same location were highly significantly(P 〈 0.01 ). The poisoning effects of winter sewage from upstream and downstream of Taiyuan Fenhe River were highly significant(P 〈0.01 ). The poisoning effects of winter sewage from downstream were more significantly (P 〈 0.01 ).
